Purchased for a gift. 'Couriers Please'made me all stressed out.And when the Arc arrived the box was smashed, and I was happy to see the hardware was still inside. The Arc itself was easy to assemble except for the two top pieces which didn't have pre drilled holes and the screwdriver included was painful to use. Super happy with the quality of the product. Feels very sturdy and all bits are included, including tools to put it together. A spare washer and nut might be useful. I’m not sure we were updated when it shipped, so I did have to chase it up. Turns out it had shipped and I just hadn’t been notified about it. But otherwise, all went well.
