WHERE ARE YOUR HAMMOCKS MADE?

Our hammocks are made all over the world, from here in our backyard in Australia to China, Indonesia, Eastern Europe and South & Central America.

A PIECE IS MISSING, WHAT CAN I DO?

Don't worry, we will send a replacement straight away at no charge.

CAN I CUSTOMISE MY HAMMOCK?

We have a range of colours available in stock, if you are after something different ask away and we will try our best to get it in.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit cards in the form of Visa and Mastercard as well as Paypal and Afterpay.

CAN I PICK MY GOODS UP FROM YOUR WAREHOUSE?

At this point we only offer shipping, this may change in the near future.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?

No, currently we only ship inside of Australia. Some exceptions may apply so please ask.

WHERE ARE THE HAMMOCKS SHIPPED FROM?

The hammocks are either shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Brisbane, China or Nicaragua depending on what is available.

WHY DOES THE INVOICE IN MY PARCEL SHOW A DIFFERENT PRICE?

Sometimes when sending an item from overseas, to avoid outlandish custom fees we sometimes will show a price in USD that is different to what you paid, this is no way represents the value of the item.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Please allow up to 2 weeks (14 business days) for delivery. We ship 1-2 days from the placed order but due to the nature of each courier, some take longer than others. **For Express shipping (if available), please allow up to 7 business days.
